A tradition in the Pacific Islands, flowers worn in the hair represents love, innocence and beauty. The Plumeria, also known as Frangipani, is the most recognized blossem of the tropics and comes in variations of white, pink, and yellow. The blossom itself represents shelter and protection. Flowers are made with foam or silk. Each Hair Flower is attached to a ridged metal hair clip and is attached to a backer card with airplane hole for easy pegging. Yellow/White Bling Pumeria has is approximately 3"H x 3"W. Backer card measures approximately 5.25"H x 3.25"W.
